The AIHA BC Yukon local section has an elected executive that oversees the day-to-day administrations of our local section. The executive is comprised of volunteers from the local section membership who organize and coordinate events and activities such as the monthly meetings, publishing the monthly newsletter, seminars and telewebs, and the annual general meeting.
The executive consists of five officers; President, President-Elect, Past-President, Secretary and Treasurer, and up to 5 general directors whose portfolios include; Outreach, Membership, CM Points Maintenance/Advertising, Education and Newsletter. Positions that are up for election are filled at the annual general meeting.
We encourage any interested local section members to ask any of the current executive members how they might become more involved and serve on the executive committee.
